Screen Lock

At Gridy we believe a User should be in control of their Gridy account even when they are away from their device or have left their device unlocked; the Gridy Authenticator Screen Lock is a simple & effective way of doing this.

Screen Locked Screen Lock is always on and cannot be disabled. By default it will be activated on 5 mins of inactivity & every time the authenticator app is launched. In order to unlock the authenticator a User will have to complete a Gridy Cube ID challenge.

Failed Attempts On failed attempts the screen will become temporarily disabled & a countdown timer will appear to show when the next unlock challenge attempt can occur. On multiple failed attempts the authenticator will enter lockdown mode & become unusable until a Voice Reset challenge has been completed.
